The Marquette County Clerk’s Office is responsible for a wide variety of duties, including but not limited to, County Board minutes, agendas, records, County Board Directory, Claims against the County, Notary Public, Election Administration, Marriage Licenses, DNR Agent, work permits, DOT Agent, Passport Agent for the U.S. Dept. of State, Dog Licenses for Municipal Treasurers to sell, Apportionment of Property Taxes, and county mail distribution.
