Services

The County Clerk is responsible to keep the County Board Proceedings, Committee meeting minutes, and process the adopted resolutions and ordinances.  The County Clerk coordinates all elections and tabulates the results.  The Clerk is the County Insurance Contact for Property and Liability coverage; is responsible for issuance of marriage licenses, timber cutting permits, and distribution of dog licenses to municipal treasurers.  The Official County Directory and the Statistical Report of Property Values are published from this office.

County Information

Langlade County is well known for a variety of recreational activities.  We are a County of Trails.  Our economy depends on a mix of agriculture, forestry, manufacturing and trade.
